The new happy hour is a smash. The bartender Kris took great care of us. I have frequented Phillipe Chow uptown for years but the service and quality at downtown is just as good.

Amazing! My family and I came for a birthday dinner and had a fabulous time. We ordered apps, entrees and dessert and everything was amazing. The ambiance was calm, chill, and relaxing. Our server, Roberto, provided the most outstanding service and took great care of us. Can't wait to come back! :)

Philippe Chow was pretty good. Better than I expected. The food was pretty good and the service was just as great. The location is super nice and perfect for an intimate outing. I recommend this spot, especially that they are participating in restaurant week (weekdays only) and the prices are more affordable as this restaurant can be very expensive. Head over and enjoy.

Had a great meal here! I recommend the pork soup dumplings, they were great. I also enjoyed the chicken satay. I think I would've preferred the lo mein as a side instead of the fried rice (underwhelming), but everything was enjoyable!

It's been many years since my last visit, but I still recall having a wonderful experience and my most recent visit was equally as pleasurable. We were the first people to arrive when they opened and were immediately seated. The server was personable and helpful. As my friends had a lot of questions. I went with my usual staple of filet Mignon and broccoli with a side of brown rice. My friends went with the chicken and the pepper steak. We also added calamari as an appetizer, but the sauce it came with was extremely spicy and I barely got through one piece. Overall, I was very pleased with everything here, the service, as they constantly checked in us and provide a sparkler last minute for the birthday we were celebrating.
